Fire Safety / Customer Service Clerk -  review all the fire alarm reports to see if there are any deficiencies and manage all F/S inspection reports submitted by technicians, process all FA paperwork for jobs, service, inspection tickets and manual handwritten invoices, full cycle of paperwork related to our Fire Extinguisher/Sales/Service Technicians. As required: order, receive and stock all parts for F/S and make labels, package all F/S orders for jobs or service, return all parts to suppliers that come in damaged or ordered incorrectly, provide pricing to customers and salespersons, answer Fire Safety phone calls and help customers with their questions.  Click here for more details, and click here to apply.

Fire Safety Technician - CFAA license required (Muskoka) - inspection, verification and installation of fire alarm & life safety systems, installing, repairing, servicing, inspecting fire alarm systems/equipment and commercial kitchen suppression systems monthly/annually, assisting in the instructions of subscribers in operational procedures and care of equipment, current knowledge of codes and regulations concerning the fire alarm industry, customer service, participation in on-call emergency hours as needed and on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service, proficiency in ULC standards, building, fire, and electrical codes.  Click here for more details, and click here to apply.

Junior Security Alarm Technician (Midland) - responsible for the installation and pre-wiring of structured cabling, audio video cabling and related equipment for security alarms, card access systems, fire alarm devices, CCTV and IP camera systems, structured cabling termination and audio components installation by the installation coordinator/Sr. Technician/Operations Coordinator, rough-in, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning and maintenance activities pertaining to burglar alarm detection systems, door/access control systems, public address/intercom systems, CCTV/IP camera systems, control & display systems, networks, audio/video and associated structured cabling, installation of TV’s and speakers, attend on-call emergency calls as required as part in the on-call rotation for emergency after-hours service and customer service.  Click here for more details, and click here to apply.

Monitoring Station Operator (Midland) - know the different types of signals and the Standard Operating Procedures for each signal, proficiency in the verification and dispatching of alarms, compliance with departmental standards for call processing and customer service goals, perform basic troubleshooting (escalating as necessary to appropriate support departments as per policies and procedures), complete call logs and produce call reports, route calls to appropriate resources within the company, process data changes to customer accounts, keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions and attend meetings/training as required.  This position requires flexibility as shift work is involved, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Security Installer Technician (Collingwood) - prewire, installation, service and inspect security systems, CCTV, access control systems and other low voltage integrated systems.  Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, schematics and operational/product manuals.  Provide customers with a detailed summary of the scope of work and\or recommendations post inspection of security and fire alarm systems.  Proficient in using a computer, related industry software and report generation and a solid background in Network and IP based systems would be an asset.  Provide consistent high levels of customer service and professional courteous service.  Click here for more details and to apply
