Our Monitoring Station

Our Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (ULC) Listed monitoring station can pinpoint the actual location of an illegal entry into your premise. Our trained operators pass this information to the authorities and to you at home or work, or to someone you have appointed should you not be available.

You will receive identity cards with your own security number to identify yourself to our monitoring station staff.

Three Ways to Monitor

Passive Alarm:

  1. We respond to all emergency signals and dispatch the authorities.
  2. A call is made to a friend, relative or employee from a list of names you will have supplied.
  3. Custom tailored to your needs.

Log (who is using your system):

  1. We perform the same response as with the Passive Alarm, and:

Open-Close (Your business hours):

  1. In addition to the above Log services, we inform you or your designated person of early openings and late closings (the last person out may not have secured the building).
  2. We will inform you of any other unusual activity. You do not have to wait for your monthly report! The last two services allow you to call us to ask who has been using your system.
  3. We fax or mail a monthly (or weekly, or daily) printout of your system activity, including open-close times identifying the system users.
